EasyPack Packaging most recent addition to our specialized sachet packaging equipment is the highly technologically advanced ALPHA 1. It is the first of its kind manufactured to produce 6 lanes of sachets simultaneously and therefore has a very high production rate. ALPHA 1 was added to the EasyPack production facility to ensure that big orders for sachets can be met easily.
EasyPack Packaging specializes in contract packaging of liquids, creams and semi-solids in the revolutionary new V-shape/easysnap, monodose sachet for local and international companies. The V-shape Sachet, launched in 2007, is the answer to all sample packaging headaches in the food, pharmaceutical, cosmetic and other relevant industries, seeing as it is easy to open, improves the products' shelf life and contains enough product for at least one application. Salad dressings, olive oil, tomato sauce, vinegar, honey, cosmetic creams, hand sanitizers, lotions and medical gels have all been packed successfully for various clients in different markets.
We are able to pack amounts from as little as 0.8ml of product up to 25ml in the sachet, depending on the nature of the product. We cater for the various needs of all our customers in a range of various sachet sizes as well as full colour printing on both sides of the sachet.
EasyPack Packaging, in conjunction with BioEarth Laboratories, also cover the formulation, development, high volume contract manufacturing and packaging of a wide variety of cosmetics, gels, lotions and energy supplements in sachets, tubes, jars and bottles.
